Centralized Customer Care Center of DGVCL at surat

DGVCL has operationalised CCC with a unique toll free number for all its consumers and is well equipped with telephone lines, Computers loaded with related software having requisite details of various modules like billing, GIS, MDAS (Meter Data Acquisition System) and CRM.

The toll free number is 1800-233-3003.

DGVCL consumer will get the following facilities from CCC:

  • - Contact the CCC 24 X 7.
  • - Register his mobile number and consumer number for getting further facility of knowing payment and consumption details for 3 months on IVRS and 6 months’ detail from customer care agent.
  • - If there is an outage in project area (i.e. the specified 11 towns) Consumer can get the planned outage details if he provides the consumer number (provided SDO has entered planned shutdown in MDM module). If any consumer wants any detail outside IVRS facility, he can talk to CCC agent and log the complaint /get detail.
  • - The CCC is updated with the phone nos. of complaint mobile number of all SDOs, concerned Jr.Enggs, Dy.Enggs and so agent can contact all of them at the same time for any complaint.
